He is an IMPACT investor, the Co-Founder & Vice Chairman of Capital Development Group Holdings, LLC and the Managing Principal of Griffin Venture Group, LLC – a holding company he founded in 2017 to manage his family’s multiple business endeavors. Heis also a Co-Founder and the acting President of the Black Policy Center, a non-profit organization established in 2018 to provide public forum discussions, debates, programming and resources designed to inform, educate and engage African Americans and their legislative representatives. He is a former Brand Ambassador for Brooks Brothers and current business development consultant for Culturata Custom and Hickey Freeman clothier. J.C. has worked as a senior government manager and advisor on the state and local level, and worked as a Research Fellow for the U.S. House of Representatives in 2015. He brings a lot to the table to discuss entrepreneurship and the value of building a strong network!
